SquareTrade is a warranty e-business focusing on consumer electronics. going head-to-head with competitors such as Applecare, and electronicwarranty.com.

Their warranties are less expensive, more reliable and easier to attain than the competition.

However, they look, speak, and behave in exactly the same way. Our job was to uncover the soul of the brand, re-think and re-envision how SquareTrade sells warranties and give their patrons the experience of turning that frown of upside down..’  



SquareTrade. Get back to basics:


1. Look like the least amount of work.

2. Create applications that deliver on that promise.
