LEXUS
LF-C2 REVEAL

FILM

Lexus in a New Light

For some, there is a lingering perception that Lexus is focused around more traditional attributes like comfort, luxury and quality, despite the brand’s recent focus on more modern attributes like design. In reality, Lexus is a more design-driven brand than ever before, with initiatives like the Intersect Store, The Crafted Line, Design Disruptedand the Lexus Design Award.

The LF-C2 concept launch is another initiative consistent with a more design-driven Lexus brand, one that puts Lexus in a whole new light. The LF-C2 film is a signal of the end of one thing and subsequent beginning of the new. In this case, a new era in Lexus's approach to design. The eclipse metaphor is used to mark a monumental event for an iconic brand, something that is as rare as it is large, that radiates and illuminates the future.

LS INNOVATIONS

CAMPAIGN

The Visionary Lexus LS

The Lexus LS sees its surroundings with an array of cameras and sensors, allowing the vehicle to react to situations and events before its driver reacts to them. The Lexus LS campaign sought to prove that the Lexus LS is one of the most visionary vehicles on the road.

The LS Innovations campaign was focused on driving engagement around the conversation of technology and design. Feeding a passionate audience with visually stimulating content that entices them to share, reaching new consumers who were not already Lexus fans or traditional car enthusiasts.

LEXUS NEXT

FILM
The Dealership of the Future

Lexus is committed to engineering the future of the luxury dealership experience by pioneering changes to the car shopping process. The initiative was named Lexus Next and began with a number of select prototype dealers.

To kick off the Lexus Next initiative and the prototype program, Lexus asked Team One to create a video that will generate excitement about the initiative, open the minds of potentially skeptical dealers, and provide a high-level window into the components of the prototype program. The result was this video that builds on Lexus’ history and beliefs in announcing Lexus Next as a new chapter for Lexus.

LEXUS
RC-F LAUNCH

CAMPAIGN

From the Asphalt Up

Automotive brands often develop performance vehicles by bolting performance onto a pre-existing model rather than designing it into the vehicle’s sole purpose.  With the RC-F, Lexus took a more authentic and committed approach by building an entirely new vehicle platform dedicated to achieving one thing: performance.

The insight of FROM THE ASPHALT UP informed the reveal video by literally revealing the vehicle one slice at a time from ground up. Each slice acts as a chapter or ingredient in the vehicles creation, offering the opportunity to create filmic vignettes/ cut aways for each slice of the vehicle revealed.
